General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PG Health Management GmbH

 

1. General
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between PG Health Management GmbH (hereinafter "PG-HM") and its customers. These GTC apply to all services provided by PG-HM. By using our services, customers agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Services
PG-HM offers the following services:

Corporate fitness support and concept development

Maintenance of fitness equipment

Organization, planning, and management of courses

Workshops

Use of the PG-HM Active App

Collaborations with external partners such as Virtuagym (App), Nutriathletic (nutritional supplements), and external fitness studios

 

3. Contract Conclusion and Booking
A contract is concluded either through online registration or a personal meeting with a written agreement.

No minimum contract term, but the following notice periods apply:

Corporate fitness services: 3 months

PG-HM Active App for private individuals: 1 month

A booking becomes binding upon payment.

Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the start, minus the financial software fees incurred.

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Concept development and the use of the app must be paid in advance.

All other services are invoiced and must be paid within 30 days.

No discounts.

 

5. Termination and Cancellation

Terminations must be submitted via email or registered mail to PG Health Management GmbH, Brunaustrasse 24a, 8345 Adetswil.

Services cannot be canceled after booking.

The PG-HM Active App must be canceled at least 1 month in advance.

 

6. Liability Disclaimer

PG-HM disclaims any liability for damages or injuries. Participation in programs and services is at the participant's own risk.

 

7. Data Protection

Customer data is only stored as long as the membership is active.

Software partners receive customer data exclusively for contract processing and may not use it for other purposes.

 

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Swiss law applies exclusively.

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Companies may terminate a partnership within 3 months.

Private customers may terminate their membership at the end of the following month.

 

These GTC come into effect upon publication.
