1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by PG Health Management GmbH, including but not limited to:
- Corporate fitness and workplace health promotion
- Health Risk Monitoring
- Coaching, workshops and classes
- Digital services (especially the “PG-HM Active” app)
- Sale of products such as supplements, wearables and equipment
2. Contract Formation
A contract is formed through booking, registration, purchase or payment. By paying for a service or product, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services
PG Health Management GmbH provides non-medical health and fitness services. Our services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. No specific results are guaranteed.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information
- Follow instructions and guidance
- Stop training if symptoms occur
- Seek medical advice if unsure
5. Prices and Payment – Private Customers
Services must be paid in full in advance.
Supplements
Payment is due upon receipt of goods.
Polar Products
Payment term is 14 days. Warranty claims must be handled directly with Polar.
6. Prices and Payment – Business Customers
Activation, integration and ongoing services must be paid in advance. Service mandates are invoiced monthly with a 30-day payment term.
7. Late Payments
- First reminder fee: CHF 20.–
- Second reminder fee: CHF 50.–
- Default interest: 2.5%
8. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Customers are responsible for adequate insurance coverage.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is treated confidentially. We do not share data with third parties.
10. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is the registered seat of PG Health Management GmbH.
