Our Story
PG Health Management did not emerge from a traditional business idea. The company grew from personal experience, professional knowledge and the conviction that health in everyday life should not be left to chance.
While still studying, Patrick Gisler began supporting people in 2016 in improving their health, performance and quality of life. What started as personal support gradually developed into a clear mission.
A serious motorcycle accident and a cancer diagnosis in 2020 fundamentally changed the perspective on health. Suddenly, health was no longer simply a matter of training, nutrition or prevention. It became the foundation for family, the future, resilience and quality of life.
Our Belief
Many people keep functioning, performing and pushing warning signs aside. In everyday life, health is often taken for granted. Only when it becomes limited do we realise how strongly it influences our lives, our decisions and our possibilities.
This is exactly where PG Health Management's conviction comes from: health needs more than good intentions. It needs clear structures, personal support and services that genuinely reach people in everyday life.
That is why we do not view health promotion as a single measure. Not as a one-off workshop, not as a fitness room without support and not as an initiative that disappears after a short time. We see health as a system that needs to be planned, managed and continuously developed.
From Knowledge to Company
In 2019, Patrick made the difficult decision to return to employment. Working for a company that planned and equipped fitness and therapy spaces allowed him to contribute his knowledge and gain valuable experience.
Through a close friend, his expertise was later recommended to Glencore International, where a new corporate fitness area was being developed. Patrick created a concept that focused not only on equipment and spatial design, but also on structure, support, organisation and long-term usability.
The concept was implemented in spring 2022. Patrick was then commissioned to manage and support the area operationally as well. This mandate first led to the creation of the sole proprietorship PG Health and, in July 2022, to PG Health Management GmbH.
Development
Beginning of personal support for people in the areas of health, training and development.
Defining personal experiences change the perspective on health, resilience and quality of life.
Implementation of a corporate fitness concept at Glencore International and operational management of the area.
PGHM develops, organises and operates Corporate Health Operations and Health Spaces and complements this expertise with Private Health Management.
PGHM Today
Today, PGHM focuses on two core areas: the professional operation of workplace health services and the development of functional Health Spaces.
Within Corporate Health Operations, we take responsibility for the organisation, support, coordination and continuous development of corporate fitness, class programmes and other workplace health structures.
With Health Spaces, we plan and implement health, fitness and training environments for companies, hotels and clinics – brand-independently and with future use and operations in mind from the outset.
Private Health Management complements this expertise with personal health coordination for people who want to develop their health in a structured way.

Since the founding of the GmbH, our team has continued to grow. Today, we bring together people with different backgrounds, cultures, languages and experiences.
Team members from four continents and more than ten spoken languages shape PG Health Management. This diversity helps us understand people better, consider different perspectives and respond openly to different needs.
What connects us is not origin, language or role, but a shared attitude: we meet people with respect, openness and genuine interest.
