PG Health Management was not created from a typical business idea. The company grew from personal experience, professional knowledge and the conviction that health in everyday life should not be left to chance.
During his studies in 2016, Patrick Gisler began helping people improve their health, performance and quality of life. What started as personal coaching gradually developed into a clear mission.
A serious motorcycle accident and a cancer diagnosis in 2020 fundamentally changed his view of health. Suddenly, health was no longer just a topic linked to training, nutrition or prevention. It became the foundation for family, the future, resilience and quality of life.
Many people function, perform and push warning signs aside. In everyday life, health is often taken for granted. Only when it becomes limited do we realise how strongly it influences our lives, our decisions and our possibilities.
This is the conviction behind PG Health Management: health needs more than good intentions. It needs clear structures, personal support and services that truly reach people in everyday life.
That is why we do not understand health promotion as a single measure. Not as a one-off workshop, not as a fitness room without support and not as an initiative that disappears after a short time. We understand health as a system that needs to be planned, managed and continuously developed.
In 2019, Patrick made the difficult decision to return to employment. In a company that planned and equipped fitness and therapy rooms, he was able to contribute his knowledge and gain valuable experience.
Through a good friend, his know-how was later recommended to Glencore International. At the time, a new corporate fitness area was being planned there. Patrick developed a concept that focused not only on equipment and room design, but on structure, support, organisation and long-term usability.
The concept was implemented in spring 2022. Afterwards, Patrick was asked to manage and operate the area on an ongoing basis. This mandate first led to the sole proprietorship PG Health and, in July 2022, to the foundation of PG Health Management GmbH.
